Return Process

  Access your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within the 14-day eligibility window.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the items in their original protective packaging and branded boxes to ensure they are returned in pristine condition.

  Complimentary Collection

  Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to your package and schedule a collection with our designated courier or visit an authorized drop-off point.

• 4.
  Quality Assessment & Refund

  Once received, our atelier will inspect the return for quality compliance; approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
